Heaven’s Armory guarantees the sale of quality products to our customers. Please, if you are not 100% SATISFIED with the merchandise that you received, return it to us within 30 days with the original paperwork and we will exchange it or refund your money in the manner paid (*some exceptions apply). You can return anything unused within 30 days for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Any returned item accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price of the item(s) in the original payment method. After 30 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects.

Return your item(s) to us and enclose the completed return form from your original packing slip. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your return is not received, it is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a return shipping method with tracking. If you would like to request a return, please email info@www.heavensarmory.com for further information.

For themed clothing- Our manufacturer fully warrants all of their clothing articles against any defects in materials or workmanship. Please inspect your garment upon arrival for fit and quality. If it does not meet your expectations we will happily refund your money or exchange the merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. We recommend dry cleaning only for years of service on our garments. Heaven’s Armory will not give a refund or exchange on an article of clothing that has been worn, soiled, washed, or damaged during use.

*Please Note: We cannot accept returns on sharpened or personalized, engraved items that are not defective due to the customization that has been done to the product. Be sure when you order!

*Some items are made to order and may not ship right away. If this is a concern, please email info@www.heavensarmory.com and we will be happy to try to get an estimated ship date. We will send out a tracking number with your order as soon as it ships from the warehouse.
